How to Install Quick Step Quadra and Arte Laminate Flooring General The tongue and groove system called Uniclic introduced by Quick Step allows you to quickly and easily install your laminate flooring without the use of adhesives simply by clicking them together. Choose one of the installation methods below depending on the degree of accessibility of the place where you wish to place the laminate floors. Method A: Lift the board to a 20 to 30° angle and push the plank forward gently moving it up and down until the panels settle into place either by inserting the groove into the tongue, or, the more traditional way, the tongue into the groove. Method B: In places with less accessibility, like under radiators or door frames, you can use a hammer and a tapping block to gradually tap the planks together without lifting them.
