Upon placing an order on-line you enter in an agreement with us. Before initiating an on-line purchase on our website our visitors must first read our terms and conditions section. The contract between our company and yourselves will become effectual from the moment you have clicked the "Complete Order" button.

After placing an order on our website, there is the possibility that an extra delivery fee will need to be paid for certain destinations including The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Channel Islands as well as others. Should this situation occur, the customer will be informed of the extra fee as soon as possible after the order has been received. If the customer refuses to pay, the option to cancel the order will be given.

Returns Policy:

The goods can be returned to us within 7 days from delivery. Please note that you must first contact the Support Team by e-mail and ask for a returns number. Make sure that it is clearly written on the boxes and note that only based on the returns number you will be given and after inspecting the goods will we be able to refund the money. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received and in the original packaging.

If you decide to cancel your order, you must be aware of the fact that any cancellation is subject to a 15-20% charge of the order you initially places in order to cover any restocking costs on our part or on the part of the distributor or manufacturer. Also note that we try to place the orders with the manufacturers almost instantly in order to speed up the delivery process. Some distributors we work with, charge 40% in the case when the cancellations require collection and restocking and you are strongly advised to get all the information you need on cancellation policies and fees before purchasing any product from our store in order to avoid passing this charge to your account.

After receiving the goods the customer must check them making sure you have inspected every pack. If you have receive a pallet, the customer must check all the packs you have received. In the case when they have been delivered damaged the customer must sign for the parcel as damaged. Any claims for damaged parcels made after 24 hours have passed since delivery cannot be taken into account as the policy of the carrier does not accept damage claims made after a 24 hours period has passed.

Privacy Policy:

The data we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other legislation. The personal data regarding your identity, address, telephone numbers and other identifying information will be used to process and deliver your order and will not be passed to any third party. The data concerning your Credit/Debit card will not be stored on our website as this information is processed and encrypted via a secure connection and sent to the bank for authorization.
