When buying goods from us, trading as flooringlaminate.co.uk, you enter an agreement with us which is concluded when the order is placed. It is important that all visitors read our terms and conditions section prior to ordering online or via telephone.

Delivery:

Some areas such as the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Scotland are subject to extra delivery fees charged by carriers. In the case when an order should be delivered to such an area and an extra delivery charge should be require, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. In this case the customer can choose to decline payment for such a fee and thus cancel the order.

Please note that according to the current regulations, drivers are only insured to deliver goods kerbside and cannot take the flooring inside the property.

Cancellations / Returns Policy:

Goods can be returned to us in 7 days. Before returning note that you should contact us to receive a returns number which will be clearly written on all your boxes. Only on the basis of this returns number can we process refunds. In the case of returns customers will have to arrange for the goods to be sent back at their own expense and make sure that the parcels do not arrive damaged.

Damaged Goods:

In the case when goods arrive damaged, please sign for the parcels as damaged on the courier paper. We recommend that you check the order pack by pack to inspect any damages as well as whether the total amount of boxes has been delivered. Should damaged parcels or orders with missing boxes be received please note that in the courier paper. Should damaged or incomplete orders be received and signed for as damaged or incomplete, we advise customers to inform us of the situation as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) using the Contact us page or by calling our main line and selecting option 1; We will replace them as soon as possible.

Please note that you should not book a fitting service before receiving the goods since we cannot guarantee a delivery time. The delivery is dependent on various factors including stock levels or the courier not being able to make the delivery.

Orders for customized products such as vinyl floors or carpets are not subject to the 7 days return policy under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 since they are cut from a roll to the specific sizes of your room and are thus not returnable.

The large pictures on the product pages are displayed for illustration purposes and only the samples must be taken into account prior to ordering. Since monitor colours can differ dramatically we advise customers to request samples by post or to visit a showroom to view products since online they may differ in colour from the received products.
